At RELS Landscaping Supply, our team is made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about helping contractors, homeowners, builders, and landscapers get the materials and support they need for successful projects. Nicholas R. D’Amato
General Manager
Nicholas R. D’Amato, B.S. serves as General Manager for Pleasants Construction Inc. dba RELS. Mr. D’Amato brings over 20 years of experience in the green industry having held high level roles in the landscaping/hardscaping installation, landscaping/hardscaping retail, construction and solid waste sectors. He has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Natural Resource Management and Sustainability from Oregon State University. Additionally, Nicholas is OSHA 30 Certified for Hazard Recognition in the Construction Industry, SWANA Certified for Managing Composting programs, and a certified installer and instructor for ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Paver Installation), PCIP (Permeable Concrete Interlocking Pavers), SRW (Segmental Retaining Walls), and AMSV (Adhered Manufactured Stone Veneer). Outside of work Nicholas enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children, hunting, fishing and farming/agriculture.
Vicki Barnes
Customer Relationship Specialist
Vicki Barnes has over 15 years of experience in the landscape product manufacturing and sales industry. She has completed courses at both Montgomery College and Hagerstown Community College to advance her career and brings a plethora of experience working for manufacturers and dealers in the DMV area. In her free time Vicki enjoys spending time with her family and having cookouts.
Lee Haislip
Account Executive
Arthur Lee Haislip IV joins the team with over two decades of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Landscaping and Hardscaping industry. As both a Dealer & Manufacturer’s Rep, he has supported countless projects engaging with General Contractors, Subcontractors and Architects including custom home builders, pool companies, masons and more. Lee has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from New Mexico State University and before attending classes in the States he proudly and gratefully served overseas in the United States Air Force during Desert Storm. Additionally, Mr. Haislip has completed training and received certification in both ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Paver Institution) and National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA), which is now called the Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association (CMHA). In his leisure time, Lee pursues many interests, such as travelling nationwide and abroad, visiting local & national parks, attending live music, sports events, and mostly relaxing and having fun with dear family & friends.
Andy Crouch
Account Executive
Andy Crouch is an Account Executive for Pleasants Construction Inc., dba RELS. Andy has served the outdoor living industry for 30 plus years through promotion of interlocking concrete pavements, segmental retaining wall systems, permeable pavements and many outdoor living construction products. He has a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Sales and Marketing from the University of Maryland. Throughout his career Andy has traveled throughout Maryland, Delaware, Virginia & Pennsylvania working with dealers, contractors and the design community to grow demand for outdoor living. Andy has developed numerous relationships with vendor partners to maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and systems. Andy, and his wife Erin, raised four children and have lived in Easton, Maryland for 23 years. Outside of work Andy enjoys golf, boating & fishing.
